How to Activate Mobile Internet Access in Ncell, NTC And Smart Cell Sim

In this modern era, everyone wants to use the 4G and even 5G connectivity from their cell phones using different types of sim cards according to their region. Ncell, NTC, and Smart Cell are currently the most famous Telecommunication companies in Nepal. So let’s know about how to activate the mobile internet in Ncell, NTC, and Smart Cell SIM cards.

Process of Activating Mobile Internet Access in Ncell?

Ncell is a very popular sim card brand in Nepal which gives you faster internet access and offers various ranges of mobile data so it’s very important to know how we can access the internet on that SIM card. all the Ncell SIM cards accompany versatile web initiated as a matter of course. Let’s see how you can activate your internet connection for your cell phone.

Type A and send SMS to 900224. (Choice 1)
Dial 900 and follow the instructions. (Choice 2)
Dial *100# and follow the instructions. (Choice 3)

After following one of the options which I mentioned, type ALL in your SMS box and send it to 9595. You will now receive an automatic setting, just save the setting and you are good to go.

Just in case If it doesn’t work on your device then don’t worry we still have another way. You can try a manual way to get internet access you just need to follow the steps given below to put the internet data settings on your Ncell phone.

First, go to your phone Settings Option.
Then you can found the Mobile Data/Internet Setting/Cellular or Network Settings.
Now choose Mobile Network.
Go to Access Point Name (APN).
Set Name as Ncell and APN as Web.
Then save the setting.
And then Activate the saved setting.
It’s done just turn on Mobile Data and Enjoy.

Important Note: If you are using old SIM cards then It doesn’t support a 4G connection you have to buy the new 4G sim card or you just need to convert your old sim card to a 4G sim card then you can get the 4G connectivity.

Process of Activating Mobile Internet in NTC?

NTC is also very popular among us because of its reality on calls and other accessibility, which is much better than the other brands. It is also taking a little step forward to give better internet access to their users. To use the Mobile internet in the NTC SIM card, all users must make sure that they have registered for the service. If you don’t then follow the below steps one by one.

To GPRS: Type “VGPRS” in the SMS box and send on 1415.
To 3G: Type 3G in the SMS box and send on 1415.
To activate 4G: Dial *444# and then press 1.

After the above steps, You can see the check message for the activation of the administration from Nepal Telecom will show up. Presently follow the given manual strides to arrange the different types of web settings on your telephone.

First Go to the settings tab on your phone.
Select Mobile Network/Mobile Data/Cellular Option.
Click on Acess Point Name (APN).
Set Name as “NTC” and APN as “Ntnet”.
Just save the new Acess Point and make it the default connection.
It’s done just turn on Mobile Data and Enjoy.

Important Note: Just like on the Ncell sim cards here you can’t get 4G over old NTC sim cards. So, in order to use 4G in the NTC SIM card, be sure that you own a 4G supportive one and you also need a 4G smartphone which most of the peoples have nowadays, If you have all these things then you can use the 4G connectivity without any issue.

Process of Activating Mobile Internet in SmartCell?

SmartCell is one of the least use SIM cards on this list. However, it came with a bang and created a buzz in the market when it arrived. The data packages and their price was highly appreciated by its customers. We also know the competition is always good for consumors. so it’s good for us that they are doing something different to stand out. Process of activating internet access on Smart Cell.

Jump on to your phone’s Settings option.
Enter the Mobile Network/ Mobile Data/Cellular option.
Choose Acess Point Name.
Set the name as Smart Telecom and APN as Smart.
Save this news Acess Point and make it default.
Turn Mobile Data on and enjoy the connectivity.

Now you will want to go for a 4G connection if it’s available. The process is the same on both Android phones and iOS phones. Just follow the instruction below to use 4G or Automatic Mode or 4G preferred mode on your phone.

Jump on to the Settings option.
Choose Mobile Network/ Mobile Data/Cellular option.
Select preferred Network Type or Network Mode.
Enable 4G/LTE and check for Automatic (4G preferred).
It’s done just turn on Mobile Data and Enjoy.
